PROFESSIONAL CULINARY ARTS STUDIES 

• (Mon-Fri; 4hrs/ session; tuition fee includes 1-set of uniform, training materials, knife kit, ingredients) 
• Php180,000.00 - payable in four (4) installments and seven (7)

-The program allows the individual to acquire and develop skills and attitudes towards becoming a formidable international culinary expert. The program ignites a passion for the art and provides a solid foundatioon in culinary techniques, methods, and cuisines. This is 9 months and 3 weeks program that consists of 6 months and 3 weeks daily hands-on training in the MIHCA Facilities and 3 months (500 hours) externship program.
Admissions Procedure:

• Step 1: Interview ( Monday - Friday / Please bring 1 set of resume )
• Step 2: Medical Exam * Get medical referral form from Admissions Coordinator (Makati / Manila Campus) * Once medically fit, you will advise prior to enrollment
• Step 3: Enrollment proper

* Submit all requirements to Admissions Coordinator
1. NSO issued or authenticated Birth Certificate
2. High School or College Diploma
3. Form 137 (for High School Graduates) or Transcript of Records (for College Level/Graduates)
4. Certificate of Employment (if applicable)
