HOW TO CLAIM: 
1. The customer must present the original and submit a photocopy 
     of the ff (via email of fax) upon claiming the Skullcandy Headset: 
         a) Sales invoice / official receipt
         b) Cut-out printer serial number sticker
         c) Cut out promotion sticker, completely filled out
         d) Valid ID

     from Mondays to Fridays, between 9AM-6PM at Solution Digitas Phils. at
     Room 417 VGP Centre (formerly manila Bank Bldg.)6772 Ayala Ave., Makati City
 3. For outside Metro Manila purchases, customers may claim from Mondays to Fridays, between 8AM - 5PM from provincial redemption centers of Guaranteed Marketing Services (GMS).
